Why We Exist

About Us

A Christian ministry built on one conviction: nothing puts anyone out of God's reach

How, When & Why We Serve

The Story Behind This Ministry

This ministry didn't start as an organization with a plan. It started as one changed life, and everything that's followed since, the villages, the schools, the wells, the widows we've come to know by name, has simply been that life continuing to unfold.
2013

A Life Given Over

God changed my life in 2013, and from that year forward I started serving Him, without a five-year plan or a launch strategy, just a decision to say yes and keep saying it. Every part of this ministry traces back to that one turning point.

2017

A Dream, and a Season of Growth

In 2017 I had a dream, and in it I saw a picture of how God was going to grow this work. In the years since, that picture has kept coming true: miracles we can't fully explain, and one blessing after another released right when they were needed most.

2021

A Mission Big Enough to Share

In 2021, God gave us a mission bigger than anything we'd carried before, and with it came the blessings to carry it out. We opened schools for children who had no other way to get an education. We brought water pump projects to communities that had gone without. And once the water reached them, we stayed, caring for widows through food and provisions, and holding Good News Festivals in village after village. None of it was mapped out years in advance. Each piece simply opened as the last one closed.

“And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose their reward.”

Matthew 10:42, NIV

Out of that season, God gave us a team we call Team Jesus, people who show up to help, to pray, and to watch God release miracles for the families we meet. Together we've gone from village to village doing this work and preaching His word, and in places where many had never been able to read the Bible for themselves, we made sure they finally had a copy in their hands. Widows have held a steady place in this ministry from the very start too, through rations and the kind of ordinary help that keeps a household standing. We've never seen ourselves as more than vessels, available whenever God wanted to use us. Today, Team Jesus carries that same word, love, and sincerity to families around the world, and it still comes back to one verse:

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”

John 3:16, NIV

About Us

Meet Our CEO

Gayle founded God is Able Ministry after years of watching the same families get quietly left off the list. Left off by aid programs built for someone else's needs, left out of churches without a ramp or a plan, and sometimes overlooked even by their own extended families. She'd seen enough of that pattern to want no part in repeating it, so she built something different: a ministry that goes to the person instead of waiting for them to find their own way in. Under her direction, what began as a handful of home visits has grown into an ongoing presence across Pakistan and the United States, still led by the same question she started with. What does this particular person need, and who is going to actually bring it to them?

Sunny, manager of the ministry's USA operations

Meet Our manager of USA, Sunny

Sunny oversees the ministry's U.S. operations, splitting his time between raising support stateside and traveling to the field in Pakistan several times a year. He'll tell you plainly that he's more comfortable out in the field than sitting behind a desk, and the people who work alongside him back that up. He remembers names on the second meeting, follows through on small promises as carefully as big ones, and treats logistics, the emails, the shipping, the budget lines, as just another form of caring for people he may never personally meet. Under his coordination, mobility support and accessible water projects have reached families who had gone years without either, and a fair number who had stopped expecting anyone to come at all.

Meet Our CEO of Asma Sunny Ministry

Asma leads Asma Sunny Ministry, our partner ministry working alongside families across Pakistan, and plans outreach with Sunny so that practical and spiritual needs get met in the same visit rather than two separate appointments weeks apart. Families in the communities she serves have learned to expect her to show up with exactly what that week called for, sometimes medicine, sometimes a listening ear and an afternoon with nowhere else to be. Ask her about her leadership style and she'll say there isn't much of one: less time planning from an office, more time sitting on the floor of someone's home, which is where she believes the real decisions about this ministry ought to get made.

Astr Amir, manager of the ministry's Pakistan operations

Meet Our Manager of Pakistan

Astr Amir manages the ministry's day-to-day operations across Pakistan, from scheduling home visits to coordinating festival days in villages that larger organizations rarely bother to reach. She grew up in one of the communities the ministry now serves, so more often than not she already knows a family's situation, and half their neighbors' situations too, before the first official visit ever happens. That kind of local knowledge can't be trained into someone from an office overseas. Paired with her steady, unhurried way of sitting with people in difficulty, it has made her one of the most trusted faces this ministry has anywhere in the field.

Our Mission

Our Mission

To meet every person right where they are, in body and in spirit,
with practical support, accessible outreach, and the good news of Jesus Christ,
across Pakistan and the United States.

We believe every person carries the image of God regardless of ability,
and that faith and practical care were never meant to be offered separately.

"Whoever gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones... will certainly not lose their reward." (Matthew 10:42, NIV)
